GUEST GUIDLINES

First and foremost, enjoy your stay! We hope you enjoy the ambience and we’re sure you'll do your best to preserve it. We would be grateful if you could follow our guidelines at Painters Bloom.

When checking out please leave the keys in the lock box.

Parking

Park only in the designated single parking space in front of our house. Do not block neighbouring driveways as we share a driveway with our neighbours.

Respect our Neighbours

Quiet hours are from 8:30pm to 8:00am. Please be considerate of our lovely neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. Parties or events are not allowed.

Registered Guests

Only 2 registered guests are allowed at Painters Bloom. Additional visitors are not permitted.

Wi-Fi / TV

Free Wi-Fi is available and Netflix. Details are listed in the Studio.

Smoking Policy

No smoking or vaping. Smoking is prohibited inside and outside of our property due to fire hazard and to prevent odours. We have also requested no smoking as a family member is a severe asthmatic. Do not burn candles or incense.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed.

Cleanliness | Treatment Plant

Please keep the property clean and tidy. Dispose of rubbish in the designated bins and wash dishes after use. Please do not wash food scraps and oil down the sink as it’s connected to a treatment plant. Our toilet is also connected to a treatment plant. Only flush toilet paper to prevent blockages. Please dispose of sanitary items and flushable wipes in the provided paper bags and place in the bin.

Art Nook

If you're in a creative mood, you're welcome to create watercolour paintings using the provided art materials; watercolour paints, watercolour pencils, paint brushes and watercolour paper. Please keep this area clean and wash brushes after use.

Energy Conservation

When leaving the property, please turn off lights, TV and split system (air conditioner & heater). The ideal temperature for cooling is 23 degrees.

Damages & Missing Items

Please respect our property, if you accidentally damage anything, let us know so we can arrange for its replacement or repairs. To prevent stains on linen and towels, please avoid tanning lotions, oils and hair dyes. Any damages or missing items will incur a cost.
