Visual Artist Jacqui Stewart divides her time between family life, photographing landscape surrounds and time in her studio painting. Jacqui grew up in Melbourne and is now based on the Sunshine Coast Queensland, where she lives high up on a mountain range with her husband, two daughters and Staffy.
Jacqui considers herself a self-taught artist despite graduating with a Bachelor of Education - Visual Arts from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
Jacqui has taught art in Secondary schools in Victoria and Queensland for a number of years. Having a background in Art Education, Jacqui is a diverse artist but primarily works in acrylics.
